i have found the two folders that ms removal has installed on my computer. one i was able to delete but the other contains files that are access denied or write only and will not let me delete them. anyway around this

Did you try deleting it in Safe Mode with Networking? You might need to try that. Then do a full scan with the removal tool and it should be gone.
Alternatively, you can try using the following “activation” code to activate MS Removal Tool: WNDS-4BGY2-JY4KO-IT98Y-7HJ43
After activating it, try to delete the folder in Safe Mode with Networking, and don’t forget to do a full scan to make sure the infection is 100% gone.
